Booking Policies & Confirmation:

  • Your booking will be confirmed within 1 week before the departure dates on the booking platform.

  • A full itinerary and list of services will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

  • Your 100% payment is required to reserve your seat upon the booking being confirmed.

  • Our teamwork keeps the right to change the program according to any weather issue.

Child Policies:

  • 12+ years: Full price

  • 6–11 years: 50% discount

  • Under 6 years: Free of charge or 100% discount (must share with parents)

Cancellation policies:

  • If we cancel the tour for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment.

  • If you cancel, the following charges apply:

    • 30+ days before tour: 50% of the total price

    • 20–29 days before tour: 70% of the total price

    • Within 10 days of tour: 100% of the total price
